Privacy notice

The short version

This website uses no cookies and no third-party trackers. We do not store your IP address. We log just enough, server-side, to understand which kinds of organizations visit — and we only store what you send us if you use the contact form.

Visit analytics

Two first-party mechanisms, both provided by Cloudflare at the network edge:

• Cloudflare Web Analytics — a cookie-less beacon giving us aggregate page views, referrers and countries. It does not track individual visitors across sites.
• A first-party visit log — when a page loads, a small script posts to our own endpoint, which records:ASN, organization (derived from the IP at the edge), country, page path, referrer host, a coarse browser/automation classification, and a timestamp.The IP address itself is used only for this derivation and is never stored. The beacon honors Do Not Track. Because this runs server-side with no identifiers, no consent banner is required.

Purpose: measuring interest in the product (legitimate interest, GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Data is retained for a limited period and never shared or sold.

Contact form

If you submit the contact form we store your name, work email, company and message so we can respond (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile; for spam prevention we also store a one-way hash of your IP address — never the address itself. Submissions are delivered to us by email via Resend and kept in a private database.

What we never do

• No advertising or cross-site tracking, no data sale, no data brokerage.
• No raw IP addresses stored — in analytics or in form submissions.
• No third-party analytics vendors (no Google Analytics, no tag managers).

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailinghello@wardenv.dev. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
